HOW TO USE

On eyes: apply along the upper or lower lash line and blend if a softer finish is wanted. On lips: line the lip shape before applying All Over Colour. Keep sharp for precision on both.

One pencil that works as an eye liner and a lip liner — shades from a neutral nude through to a deep black. The same formula applies cleanly on both, with enough precision for a defined eye line and enough pigment to anchor a lip look before filling with All Over Colour.
