Hannah
With 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Wellington-based makeup artist Hannah Wiles saw a gap - and an opportunity. When David Jones closed in 2022, Wellington was left with limited options for experiencing and purchasing quality skincare, makeup, and fragrance in person. Wanting to stay true to her hometown roots, and driven by a passion for exceptional customer service and hands-on beauty, Hannah founded Iris Store + Studio - a space where beauty retail meets personalised, expert-led service.
As the founder and creative force behind Iris, Hannah is on a mission to make beauty feel good again. “Women can be their harshest critic when it comes to beauty,” she says. “Much of the industry fuels this. I want to shift that - and help more women feel great in the skin they're in, with high-quality, effective products that feel amazing.”

Sasha
With over 20 years of experience in makeup, brows and lashes, and the kindest soul, Sasha is the queen of harnessing colour to enhance your features.
She loves helping clients navigate makeup application, finding the biggest payoff
being when the client sees herself in her reflection having learnt a few simple techniques she can keep in her kete for different occasions.

Sara
As our resident facialist, Sara gives the ultimate experience
in care, personalising every treatment to pamper, soothe and brighten the client’s skin following an in-depth consultation as no person’s skin (or circumstances)
are ever the same.
With passion for both skin and education, Sara takes every opportunity to build up her knowledge around how our bodies and skin work, and what we can do to look after them. Small changes can have big impact, and she believes it’s never too late to reduce the effect of stressors on skin, improving and repairing it.
