This is your maintenance facial - designed to support your skin’s long-term health and keep things on track. It includes a thorough double cleanse, targeted exfoliation, facial massage, a treatment mask suited to your skin’s needs, customised serums, moisturiser, and SPF.
What are the benefits of The Skin Support facial?
This treatment works behind the scenes to improve overall skin health - think hydration, resilience, brightness, and balance. Can this facial improve overall skin health?
Yes - absolutely. This is one of our core skin-building treatments. It helps keep your skin functioning well, especially when done consistently, and supports everything else you’re doing at home. Plus you get an hour to tap out of life and cosy up in our heated beds.
What skin states is this facial suitable for?
Pretty much all of them. Whether you’re dry, dehydrated, dull, a little congested, or simply trying to maintain your glow - The Skin Support facial is gentle enough for sensitive types and effective enough for those wanting results without the downtime.
What products/brands are used during the treatment?
We work with some of the best: Medik8, Oskia, and Josh Rosebrook - chosen for their efficacy, skin-loving ingredients, and beautiful textures. Every product is selected on the day to suit your skin type, condition, and comfort level.
Are there any side effects or downtime?
None. We favour gentle but effective techniques, so you can go straight from the treatment room to the rest of your day - no redness, peeling, or hiding indoors required.
Can I wear makeup after the facial?
You can, though we always recommend giving your skin a break and letting the post-facial glow speak for itself. If needed, we’re happy to touch up with some light, coverage before you leave.
How frequently should I get this facial?
Your facialist will guide you based on your skin needs, but generally every 4–6 weeks is ideal to maintain skin health and build long-term results. If you’re working on a specific concern, we might recommend a tighter schedule initially.
Is The Skin Support facial customisable?
Always. We tailor everything - from exfoliation and masks to serums and sun protection - depending on what your skin needs most on the day.
Does this facial include extractions?
No traditional extractions. Instead, we could look at upgrading you to the Skin Boost, where we use non-invasive cleansing tools like sonophoresis to decongest gently and support long-term skin clarity without damaging or irritating the skin.
