The Iris Beauty Rewards loyalty programme is designed to reward loyal Iris customers like you. You earn points for purchases on our website, in-store and for beauty services in studio, which you can redeem on dollars off or services.

All are welcome to join Iris Beauty Rewards. By creating an account in-store or at iris-beauty.co.nz, you are automatically enrolled in the programme.

Your points should be in your account within an hour of your purchase.

Purchases prior to the launch of Iris Beauty Rewards on the 1st April 2025 are not eligible for points, but all future purchases are. Start getting rewarded now.

When you return a product the points earned on the product purchase, including bonus points will be removed from your account.

For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged.

Your points and rewards will show in your account an hour after an action is completed. If you still do not see your points, email us at hello@iris-beauty.co.nz.

As you spend with us, you'll move up our VIP Tiers and earn points faster.

Bronze members (entry level) earn 3 points per $1 spent
Silver members earn 4 points per $1 spent
Gold members earn 5 points per $1 spent

Your account tier is Bronze status on creation. Bronze members earn 3 points per $1 spent.

To unlock Silver status, your account will need to earn a minimum of 1500 points within 12 months of enrolling in the Iris Beauty Rewards Loyalty Programme. Silver members are rewarded by earning 4 points per $1 spent.

Silver status is valid for the remainder of the year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Silver status in July 2025, their status as Silver is valid until December 31, 2026.

To unlock Gold status, your account will need to earn a minimum of 5000 points within 12 months of becoming Silver status.

Gold members are rewarded by earning 5 points per $1 spent.

Gold status is valid for the remainder of the year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Gold status in July 2025, their status as Gold is valid until December 31, 2026.
