Essential Balm Cleanse is a luxurious and gentle, pH-optimized balm cleanser that melts over the skin as a silky, oil paste concentrate and emulsifies into a milky cream when water is added. Effectively removing makeup, dirt, pollution, and imbalanced oil, Essential Balm Cleanse will leave you with soft, supple, moisturized skin. Nutrient-dense plant oils, blue-green algae, chlorella, and potent, in-house made herbal extracts work to nourish, calm and soothe skin while preserving the skin’s delicate acid mantle barrier.
*This product does not contain essential oils. A light Cardamom scent emanates from the natural ingredients.
For all skin types - oily, combination, normal, and dry. Suitable for dehydrated, sensitive, acne, rosacea, and eczema conditions.

New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of NZD$8.00 per order, with delivery free for orders over NZD$149.
Orders are packed Tuesday - Friday, and (generally) when your order is received before 12pm it will be packed and picked up by our NZ Post courier that day. Orders received after 12pm on Friday, over the weekend and on Monday are shipped on the Tuesday following.
In normal conditions you can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 3 working days (please add an extra two days for rural delivery).
We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the courier.
Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.
Australia
Shipping to Australia is charged at a flat rate of NZD$35.00 per order with free delivery for orders over NZD$249.
Orders are packed Tuesday - Friday and we endeavor to ship your order via DHL Express the following day. Orders received after 12pm on Friday, over the weekend and on Monday are shipped on the Tuesday following.
We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the courier.

If your skin has a history of being sensitive/difficult/reactive/dicky we are happy to send you a sample of the product you're purchasing with your order, simply request this in the order notes. If it turns out the product isn't the right fit for you we can refund or exchange any product which hasn't been opened or used and is in resaleable condition within 14 days.
