PM only. Apply to completely dry skin after cleansing and toning. Begin with 2 nights per week for 2 weeks, then every second night for 2 weeks, then nightly if skin tolerates it. Do not use on the same night as any exfoliant. Always apply SPF the following morning. Once you have used a full tube, step up to Crystal Retinal 6 without re-weaning.
