HOW TO USE

PM only. Apply to clean, dry skin after toning as your only active step. Do not apply Crystal Retinal or other vitamin A products on the same night — or any other night if using this regularly. Sleep Glycolic replaces all other exfoliation in your routine. Start with 2 nights per week and monitor skin response. SPF every morning.

An overnight glycolic acid treatment that resurfaces and brightens while you sleep. At 5% glycolic acid with a low pH this is a meaningful exfoliant — not a gentle introduction to acids. Results are visible skin smoothing, improved clarity and reduced appearance of uneven pigmentation over consistent use. The important constraint: Sleep Glycolic cannot share a routine with Crystal Retinal, and it functions as your sole exfoliating step — do not combine it with any other AHA, BHA or PHA at any point in your routine. Overexfoliation is the most common way to damage the skin barrier, and this product is strong enough that adding any other exfoliant on top creates that risk. For skin that wants strong overnight resurfacing and is not on a vitamin A routine, this delivers it.
