Apply a small amount to clean, dry eyelids and blend with fingertip until even. Allow to dry down to a matte finish — this takes only a few seconds — before applying eyeshadow. Apply right to the lash line and up to the brow bone for maximum coverage. Common mistake: applying eyeshadow before the primer has fully set.
