When trying new skincare treatments - even if you’re a seasoned facial regular - we always recommend starting at the beginning. Our Skin-troduction gives us time to get to know your skin, your lifestyle, and what you’re currently using at home. From there, we’ll tailor a programme just for you, and if your skin needs more active treatments later, we’ll ease into those together.
Is there any downtime after facials at Iris?

No need to hide out post-treatment. We take a gentle-but-effective approach, using results-driven treatments that work without leaving your skin angry, red, or overwhelmed. You’ll walk out looking refreshed - not like you’ve had a run-in with a laser.
Are your facials suitable for sensitive or reactive skin?

Absolutely. We’re all about working with your skin, not against it. As we get to know your skin’s quirks, sensitivities, and what it’s exposed to day-to-day, we’ll tailor treatments to calm, support, and strengthen - never strip or stress.
Do your facials include extractions?

No, we don’t offer traditional extractions. Instead, we use a sonophoresis tool that gives a deep cleanse and helps dislodge impurities without trauma to the skin. For long-term results and glow, we focus on barrier support, hydration, and smart exfoliation - not poking and squeezing.
