Limited Edition Summer Packaging
To celebrate the summer season, we've collaborated with the talented local artist, Ophelia Jones, to create a limited-edition holiday packaging for our Travel Essentials.
This limited-edition travel set has been created in partnership with Northland-based multi-disciplinary artist, Ophelia Jones. Ophelia's practise centres around her love for the ocean and nature. Living near the sea she braids storytelling and chance encounters into her work using mediums of photography and drawing.
Ophelia created these drawings by using three brushes at once, mimicking the rolling waves of both ocean and hair. The wave motif signifies the artist's connection to the ocean and a nod to the Greek mythological goddess Atargatis. Atargatis was said to be the goddess of the moon, fertility and water. She was depicted as having long, flowing hair like the water, and represented as half woman, half fish.

We totally understand that shopping for beauty online can feel like the Wild West! Our aim at Iris Store + Studio is to match you with products that you will love using, and we've been in this game long enough to know there will always be instances where things might not be quite right.
If your skin has a history of being sensitive/difficult/reactive/dicky we are happy to send you a sample of the product you're purchasing with your order, simply request this in the order notes. If it turns out the product isn't the right fit for you we can refund or exchange any product which hasn't been opened or used and is in resaleable condition within 14 days.

New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of NZD$8.00 per order, with delivery free for orders over NZD$149.
Orders are packed Tuesday - Friday, and (generally) when your order is received before 12pm it will be packed and picked up by our NZ Post courier that day. Orders received after 12pm on Friday, over the weekend and on Monday are shipped on the Tuesday following.
In normal conditions you can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 3 working days (please add an extra two days for rural delivery).
We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the courier.
Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.
Australia
Shipping to Australia is charged at a flat rate of NZD$35.00 per order with free delivery for orders over NZD$249.
Orders are packed Tuesday - Friday and we endeavor to ship your order via DHL Express the following day. Orders received after 12pm on Friday, over the weekend and on Monday are shipped on the Tuesday following.
We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the courier.
