IRIS BEAUTY REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions below, effective April 1st, 2025 govern membership in the Iris Beauty Rewards programme. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before taking part.

By opening an Iris Beauty account or participating in the programme you agree to:

i) These Terms & Conditions; and

ii) Terms of Service.

1. No purchase is necessary to become a member of the Iris Beauty Rewards Loyalty programme. Your Iris Beauty account will be automatically enrolled into the programme (you can opt-out at any time).

2. Benefits when you join the Iris Beauty Rewards programme include birthday perks, bonus points offers, early access to new products and services, and priority booking for workshops and events.

3. Iris Beauty Rewards points are allocated to accounts for:

  • Purchasing a product in store or online, or receiving a service in store
  • Following us on Instagram or Facebook
  • Reviewing a product or service at Iris-beauty.co.nz
  • Referring a friend (when the friend completes their first purchase)

4. You cannot collect multiple points for performing the same action, when following us on social media, or subscribing to our newsletter.

 5. We also reward you with higher point earning rates through our VIP Tiers;

Your account tier is Bronze status on creation. Bronze members earn 3 points per $1 spent.

To unlock Silver status, your account will need to earn a minimum of 1500 points within 12 months of enrolling in the Iris Beauty Rewards Loyalty Programme. Silver members are rewarded by earning 4 points per $1 spent.

Silver status is valid for the remainder of the year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Silver status in July 2025, their status as Silver is valid until December 31, 2026.

To unlock Gold status, your account will need to earn a minimum of 5000 points within 12 months of becoming Silver status.

Gold members are rewarded by earning 5 points per $1 spent.

Gold status is valid for the remainder of the year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Gold status in July 2025, their status as Gold is valid until December 31, 2026.

6. Shipping charges are not included when calculating your earned points. You do not earn points from the shipping charged on any order.

7. Gift Voucher purchases are exempt from earning points.
Points are awarded when the gift voucher recipient spends the voucher (provided they are enrolled in Iris Beauty Rewards).

8. Please ensure you are signed in to your online account or have given us your details in store to earn points for your purchase. If you do have a purchase you need added to your account please email hello@iris-beauty.co.nz.

9. Points are redeemable online at www.iris-beauty.co.nz and in store at Iris Store + Studio.

10. Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

11. Only one Reward can be used per order.

12. Where a full reward value is not used in one order, the balance is not carried forward in any way.

13. When redeeming points, the shipping cost will not be included in the discount given, unless the reward specifically relates to a free shipping reward.

14. In the event that any product(s) purchased as part of a qualifying transaction are returned, the points relating to that purchase will be removed from your account.

15. Points for orders prior to 1st April 2025, or prior to your enrolment in the programme will not be applied to your Iris Beauty Rewards account.

16. We may amend the Iris Beauty Rewards Loyalty programme from time to time so please check in for updates.

17. By entering this programme, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted, and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

18. We reserve the right to restrict access to Offers and cancel any order if we suspect abuse or violation of these Terms.
